If you are requesting a status update on your order, please be aware that our mattresses are made to order and production time is, depending on size, up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from order confirmation or the completion of any secondary verifications or holds.
Please note: Tracking for the mattress is generated and emailed earlier than the anticipated pick-up date at the end of the production lead time (8 business days). We strongly advise customers to sign up for a pickup notification on the FedEx website (click on the tracking link that we have emailed to you) so that you are alerted when they receive the parcel. Once in transit, the shipping estimate will update, please do not make arrangements prior to the “picked up” scan as the Estimated Delivery Date is not accurate until picked up by FedEx.
Accessories will ship separately and relevant tracking details will also be sent, once available.
